Sri Thina is a versatile dancer trained in both Bharatanatyam and Odissi, two classical Indian dance styles with distinct traditions. She has worked with internationally recognized choreographers such as Mavin Khoo, rehearsal director at the Akram Khan Company, and Shobana Jeyasingh, based in the UK. Her performances have graced prestigious venues like Lincoln Center (USA), the Royal Opera House, and Buckingham Palace (UK).

Sri Thina's choreographic work includes productions like Broken Seeds, Ravana, and 4 Horsemen with Nava Dance Theatre, as well as When Eyes Speak and other works with Jiva Performing Arts. She has curated notable events such as the San Francisco West Wave Dance Festival and The Varnam Salon in New York, and presented her choreography at the Drive East Festival.

In addition to performing and curating, she has held leadership roles including artistic director, rehearsal director, and stage manager for various productions across California and New York. Her current creative focus explores the fusion and intersection of Bharatanatyam and Odissi, pushing the boundaries of both forms.

Sri Thina was also honored with the DNJ Mini-Grant in 2023 and MAPS Micro Grant in 2022 and continues to innovate and share her art on both national and international stages.
